The order took almost 1.5h compared to initial estimate of 40 mins. The app showed that delivery is imminent for the last 40 mins. The live chat was useless. The restaurant did not pick up the phone. The food was probably the worst sushi I've had.

Poorly packaged. The soup was spilled. And there were multiple items not delivered from a bill that was nearly chf200. I’m not impressed.

It came late and didn't bring the mochi's but it charged me 13 CHF for it. Charge for service as well as delivery! Very disappointing.
